area-to-volume ratio up to 100 times greater than alternative processes.

Setting up a typical aquarium system takes about eight weeks from order
through delivery and installation.

set up. EcoMat installs and owns these systems, operates them and services
them using capable local contractors for quick problem solving. EcoMat

Since EcoLink is circulated within the EcoMat reactor, solids entering the
system (or solids generated by the process) do not interrupt flow, or cause
negative impact on the process efficiency.
So, there is no clogging and no backwashing!
Also, since most of the active bacteria are firmly attached to the EcoLink
carrier, suspended solids generated in the EcoMat system are lower than in
conventional systems.
What's more, there is no waste stream. The EcoMat system recycles nitrate
to nitrogen gas and carbon dioxide; there is no brine production, and no
air pollution.
